I am a firm believer that long time learning comes from inside of a person. It is my goal as a tutor to empower my students and facilitate their learning, not just merely feed them the information. I have enjoyed learning about multiple subjects over the course of my academics, and I love to pass that enjoyment onto those that I tutor so that they can find the same love of learning that I have. I particularly enjoy STEM subjects as the puzzles within it intrigue me. Literacy is another of my passions. I love that it can transport me to another place and time. When I am not continuing my education, I like to build furniture and work with my hands. I am the caretaker of a 2500 sq. ft. garden, and I also like to raise poultry. I have obtained both my motorcycle and my pilot's license, although I do not use either at the moment. My current job is as an analyst on a supply chain for a major airline. My future plan is to someday become an author. I offer tutoring in multiple classes ranging from college essays and high school accounting, to graduate test prep and homework support.
